How VR Training and Tailored Supports Are Opening STEM Careers to Autistic Adults

For years, employment opportunities for autistic adults have lagged behind their peers: studies suggest only about 25% of autistic adults meet criteria for full employment (defined as consistent work at or above 20 hours weekly), despite many having qualifications for high-demand fields like semiconductor manufacturing and IT.
